Riding Policy
- We reserve the right to limit the availability of horseback riding due to anything which may in our opinion jeopardise the health or safety of horse or rider.
- A weight limitation of 240lb is in effect.
- Boots with a smooth sole and good heel are recommended for all rides.
- We strongly recommended helmets for all ages – mandatory for all riders
under the age of 18 years. We provide helmets.

- Three night minimum stay

- We respect the privacy of our guests and do not release your personal information to any outside agency.

- Risk Liability Waiver
Whilst we take every precaution to provide you a safe and enjoyable experience at the ranch there are obviously inherent risks involved. Please note that you visit our ranch at your own risk and will therefore be required to complete a liability release form upon your arrival.
Payment Terms
- We ask for a 30% deposit payable by bank wire transfer, cheque or e-transfer at time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due not less than 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date by bank wire transfer or e-transfer.
- Rates are billed in Canadian dollars.
Booking Cancellation
- • Cancellations in writing must be received 60 days prior to the booked arrival date to receive full refund of the deposit and balance payments. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable and we will grant a voucher equal to the amount of deposit paid, which may be applied towards a future stay at our guest ranch.
- Any cancellation received within 30 days of arrival must still be paid for in full, therefore we strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance which includes cancellation and travel interruption coverage.
- In the event that we are not able to fulfill our obligations, i.e. are forced to close (due to fire, covid-19, weather-related events, prohibitions of any governmental authority or other cause beyond our control) we refund the full payment received.
- We cannot be held accountable for delays or cancellations caused by Acts of God, strikes, weather events, flight cancellations or delays, travel disruptions or any other cause beyond its reasonable control and therefore not liable to refund moneys paid.
- We will not offer a refund, adjustment, or credit for early guest departures or for any unused portion of the all-inclusive package.
- We highly recommend buying appropriate travel insurance for your vacation which includes cancellation and travel interruption coverage.
